As a Hypnotherapist Yoga Teacher I adopt a hypno-narrative approach to create a moving meditation with a final still meditation at the end of each class.
All classes are suitable for all levels as modifications are offered to ease off from a challenge or lean into one. Your body is exactly where it is meant to be.
I run 6 week Beginners Courses on specified dates, which come with written materials to support a home based practice at the end of the Course. Suitable for complete beginners, those needing a refresher, or those not sure if what they have been doing is in the best alignment for their body. These are £60 for 6 weeks. Childrens courses are also £60.
For all classes you will need to bring a Yoga Mat. Two Yoga Blocks and a Strap are helpful for all classes and a Yoga Bolster for Yin Yoga. I sell yoga blocks for £8.99, straps for £4.50 and Bolsters for £45. Please email if you want me to bring these along to the class.

Yoga Classes Offered:
Hatha Yoga (Ha meaning Sun and Tha meaning moon) holds positions for 1-2 minutes to build strength, flexibility and balance. Practice aids stress management, as it brings the parasympathetic nervous system online, calming down your ‘fight or flight’ survival mechanism, that busy lives can activate.
Vinyasa Yoga is faster paced and flows from posture to posture with more of a cardio and power based focus.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga and poses are floor based stretches held for 2- 5 minutes. This practice stretches connective tissue and can help alleviate pain and stress offering a sense of relaxation and overall well-being. It teaches us to tolerate some discomfort, as we hold poses for longer periods of time and builds endurance and resilience. It helps with ligament and joint flexibility and supports practice in other yoga styles.
Childrens Yoga 6 week courses Ages 5-8 and 9-12.
Young Person’s Yoga 6 week course Ages 12-18.
Yoga for children and young people helps emotional regulation, boosts self-esteem, calms anxiety and stress, increases body awareness and being present focused, enhances concentration and memory in addition to the physical benefits of strength, flexibility and balance. Classes involve creative artwork practices also.
Pre- and Post-natal Yoga (After 12 weeks) and Post-Natal (after 6 week Check) – Hatha and Yin based. Benefits can include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, increased strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, decreased lower back pain, nausea and shortness of breath. After birth this is a great stress reducer, energy booster and sessions can also lower blood pressure.
