Dream work is ancient, and is evidenced in the temples of Greece where people were documented to have been healed through their dreams. They are important in many spiritual traditions and Freud (psychoanalyst) saw them as central to his work as they provided a door to the unconscious. There are many methods of dream analysis and this course allows you to become familiar with these methods that range from Jung’s collective unconscious archetypes and symbols to an individualised process of what the dream means to you.
Understanding your dreams can offer you a greater insight into your own inner gifts and talents and can kick start or maintain creative process. Understanding your own dream language can assist with decision making and your own spiritual development. You will be encouraged to bring a recent dream along to this workshop for your to analyse. If you do not recall your dreams do not be put off from attending as we will cover this phenomenon and Hypnosis techniques will be utilised to encourage dream recall and also install Lucid dreaming where you can awake in your dream and govern the outcome which again is an excellent context for enhancing creativity.
