We will have you going upside down in no time benefiting from inversions that you may not be able to achieve on a mat.
These sessions can be online if you have your own trapeze rig or they are in person in Gravesend, Kent. They can also be at your home with prior arrangement in a 10 mile radius from Gravesend.
