Meditation is beneficial for emotional, spiritual, physical and mental health.  It can help us to:

This course will teach you:

  • Different forms of meditation with meditation practice
  • How to work with your breath
  • Tools for meditation – Tuning forks, Tibetan bells, gongs, aromas, music, singing bowls, crystals.
  • Day to day mindfulness practice to remain in the here and now.
  • Monitoring your meditation practice

During one meditation practice we will use Angelic Tuning Forks. These are 3 tuning forks, representing the theological frequencies for the Jacob’s Ladder, Stairway to Heaven, and Pillar of Light. These forks are used for clearing auric fields, for helping to ground and focus, and for connecting or reconnecting with higher self. The first fork is also the same frequency as a Crystal Tuning Fork, and can be used for clearing crystals.

This meditation course is not linked to any particular faith or religion.

Workshop Cost: £100  (A deposit of £30 will secure your booking, the balance must be settled 1 week prior to workshop date).
