The sessions educate, motivate and support you in your journey. The goal is for you to take control of your lifestyle and have balance in all the key areas of your life. We develop a programme of healthy living that works for you and is easy to maintain within the framework of your everyday life. This is a strengths based approach utilising positive psychology and motivational interviewing techniques.
