Yoga is a group of practices that we can integrate into our lifestyles to gain a sense of stillness in the mind.  A part of this is breathwork, meditation and being able to focus in ways where we can attain an aware state of sleep or relaxation with Yoga Nidra.  This course will teach to you use breath and mediation to increase or decrease energy and to attain a full state of rest when you are fully aware but have withdrawn your senses. The benefits of these practices are stress reduction and improved well-being.
