In India breath is referred to as Prana. In China it’s Chi, in Japan its Ki, in South America and the Incan culture they call it Pacha. We use Pranic frequencies to channel multidimensional frequencies of the Life Force Energy, All of these frequencies are connected to our bodily systems and different levels of energy that nourish different areas of our bodily structure. We allow the pure light energy of the universe to enter the body and reach parts that need healing as necessary.
By working with the breath, our very life force we can activate the energetic body in a deep and profound way. We can shift blockages stuck at a very deep cellular level. By gaining energy from the air we breathe we can be stronger, healthier and happier. Quantum research about energy and consciousness shows us how we can utilise the breath to heal ourselves and others. This healing modality works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. This technique expands consciousness to bring in the elements of nature and the universe and allow you to access these gifts on a daily basis. The sessions look to not only heal you but instil the ability for ongoing self-healing.

A session is one hour and has three main components of Connection, Healing and Expansion. We set an intention for the session or area to work with We connect to breath, slowly and at greater speed. We then move to heal the four bodies of the mind, emotions, body and soul. Each body contains different information about us. We empty away what we no longer need and we bring in new energy. Visualisation is used here. We then expand our energy and consciousness to increase healing energy within the body with a technique known as “dynamo breathing” which is utilising breath through the mouth.
